Austin.

I hit WizardWorld Austin last weekend, and as usual, it was great. Did a ton of commissions, sold a ton of books and met a lotta really cool, talented folks. Below's a few of the commissions. Pardon the quality of the photos, as I took them with my phone.

They all look awesome!!
Don't know where else to ask you, but can you recommend any books to improve my drawing skills? I love your style and currently use Chew as reference to improve my skills. I would love to go to some classes, but don't have the time or money at the moment... Croquis, I've heard, is a great place to start?
Sorry if it's inappropriate, just don't know another place to ask...

Thanks for the Morbius Rob! -Hansel

@David: How to Draw Comics the Marvel Way was a really important book for me, story-telling-wise. You need to focus on gesture drawing. Start simple, then add detail as you get comfortable. See my previous post "On Style", too.

Thanks a lot. I've read that one before, but will give it another look. Also I will be looking at that book...
